Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Leisure at Resort
After arriving at either Nagpur (approx. 2 hours’ drive) or Jabalpur (approx. 4 to 4.5 hours’ drive), proceed towards Pench National Park. Upon reaching, check in to your pre-booked resort. After completing the check-in formalities, freshen up and enjoy a delicious buffet lunch at the resort. Spend the afternoon at leisure — take a dip in the swimming pool or engage in the indoor and outdoor games available at the property. In the evening, relax and unwind with a hearty dinner followed by an overnight stay at the resort.

Day 2: Jungle Safari & Departure
Wake up early and gear up for an exciting jungle safari at Pench National Park. Experience the thrill of exploring the wilderness and witnessing the diverse flora and fauna of the forest. After the safari, return to the resort and enjoy a refreshing breakfast. Later, check out from the resort as per your departure time and begin your return journey with memorable experiences from the wild.

Cancellation Policy & Refunds

Safari Booking Policy:
Safari booking is non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-modifiable.

Resort Booking Policy:
If you must postpone or cancel your travel plans due to unavoidable circumstances, you are required to inform us in writing via email. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date your written notice is received. The applicable charges are as follows:

• 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the total tour cost
• 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total tour cost
• 07 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the total tour cost
• 02 to 06 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total tour cost
• Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund
