Cancellation Policy & Refunds
Safari Bookings
Safari bookings are Non-cancellable, Non-refundable, Non-transferable, and Non-modifiable. However, exceptions may apply in cases such as:
1. Government restrictions or park closures
2. Natural calamities
3. Booking rejections by the forest department
Note: In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the respective authority’s guidelines.
Resorts, Tour Packages & Other Services
If you need to cancel or postpone your travel plans, you must inform us in writing via email. Cancellation charges will apply based on the date we receive your request.
Cancellation Charges:
30 days or more before arrival: 10% of total tour cost
15 to 29 days before arrival: 30% of total tour cost
7 to 14 days before arrival: 40% of total tour cost
2 to 6 days before arrival: 50% of total tour cost
Less than 48 hours or no-show: No refund
Refund Process
Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method or bank account.
Processing timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
Transaction or payment gateway charges (if applicable) may be deducted.
Peak Season Policy
During peak periods such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year, hotels and forest lodges may have separate cancellation policies. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Amendments & Changes
Safari Trip Adventures Co. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon being posted on the website.
